Welcome to Luxe Elite Destinations. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment Reservation:
A deposit of $150 per person for domestic travel and $250 for international travel is required to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available. If payments are 30 days past due, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
Final Payment: The remaining balance amount/must be paid 60 days before departure.
Methods of Payment: We accept all major credit cards or debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
Cancellation by Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Luxe Elite Destinations via email at info@luxeelitedestinations.com with name and reservation number.
3. Changes to Booking By Client:
Requests for changes must be made in writing. Changes may incur additional fees.
By Agency: We reserve the right to make necessary changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.
5. Health and Safety Health Requirements:
Clients must ensure they meet all health requirements for travel.
Safety: Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by our team and local authorities.
6. Passports and Visas
Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports and any required visas.
7. Liability Responsibility:
Luxe Elite Destinations, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Third Parties: We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your travel and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
